The MOGA Winter Convention and Tradeshow offers business members and other vendors a unique opportunity to showcase the services they provide to the Montana outfitting and guiding industry. It’s a great chance for you to make contacts with outfitters and guides from across the state, reconnect with existing clientele and broaden your base for future business relationships.
The tradeshow will be located adjacent to the convention activities in the atrium. Each vendor will be provided with an 8-foot skirted display table. The vendor will be responsible for all other set up and materials including extension cords if electricity is needed.
Vendors may set up booths Thursday, January 10th from 4-7 p.m. The trade show will operate from 7:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Friday, January 11.
MOGA and the Best Western Plus GranTree Inn will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items; however, limited secure space may be available for storage.
Booth registration is now CLOSED.
We all enjoy gathering for fresh coffee during a break or socializing over a drink at the end of the day. Coffee, Refreshments, and Happy Hour sponsors/hosts are greatly appreciated and duly recognized!
There will be an auction on Friday night at the Outfitter Awards Dinner as well as a live and silent auction on Saturday night as part of the Big Hearts under the Big Sky 11th annual banquet. Your support through a donation would be greatly appreciated, and the Big Hearts banquet always draws a sizable and lively crowd.

Reservations must be made by Dec. 21, 2018 to be recognized in the Convention program. Unbooked rooms will be released to the public on that date.
