Victor Sassoon is a 50-year-old born and raised in Puerto Rico. Veteran, US Army Special Operations Operator with the 75th Ranger Regiment 2nd Battalion, recon/sniper who survived the battlefields of combat, trauma, a near-fatal-suicide attempt leading to a two month coma, multiple surgeries, severe traumatic brain injury, facial reconstruction, loss of speech, right side of his body totally uncoordinated and paralyzed from the waist down. An atheist without hope, his life was radically transformed on April 7, 2017 by a powerful encounter with Jesus Christ. His unwavering faith, tested by the tragic death of his father, father-in-law, and only son within 18 months, four years after his conversion, fuels his mission with Mighty Oaks Foundation. Through his powerful testimony, Victor Sassoon dedicates his life to “saving lives, restoring families, and changing legacies for all eternity,” demonstrating that God’s transformative power can redeem even the most broken lives.
